We’re committed to delivering your order as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Shipping Costs:

  • New Zealand: $10 NZD flat rate
  • Australia: $30 NZD flat rate

Delivery Times:

  • New Zealand: 2–5 business days
  • Australia: 10–14 business days

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please note that delivery times may vary due to unforeseen delays such as weather, customs, or public holidays.

Returns

When Can You Return a Product?

We accept returns if:

  • The item is faulty, damaged beyond what was listed, or not as described.
  • The product does not meet acceptable quality standards (e.g., it is defective or unfit for its intended purpose).

In these cases, you are entitled to:

  • Repair: We will fix the issue if possible.
  • Replacement: If a repair isn’t viable, we’ll replace the item with an identical or equivalent product.
  • Refund: If the issue is substantial, you may request a full refund.

What We Don’t Accept

  • Change of Mind: Unfortunately, we do not accept returns if you’ve simply changed your mind, ordered the wrong size, or no longer want the item. Please choose carefully when making your purchase.
  • Wear and Tear: Normal wear and tear or damage caused by improper care are not covered by our return policy.
  • Removed Tags: For new jerseys, we can only accept returns if the original tags are still attached.

How to Initiate a Return

If you believe your item is faulty or doesn’t meet CGA standards, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the product (if applicable)

We’ll review your request and get back to you promptly with the next steps.

Return Shipping Costs

  • For faulty or incorrect items, we’ll cover the return shipping costs.
  • If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how to send the product back to us.
